Sessional Instructor, Strategic Management I, Haskayne School of Business

Position Description

The Haskayne School of Business is accepting applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach the following course in the area of Strategy and Global Management (SGMA) during the Spring 2018 Term. The lecture dates are May 14 to June 26, 2018 unless otherwise posted.  Registrar Scheduled Final Exams held June 28-30, 2018, if applicable

  • SGMA 601 L01 - Strategic Management I
    Monday/Wednesday, 18:00-20:45

  • Cover letter indicating your interest
  • Current CV containing a discussion of relevant teaching experience (courses taught, textbooks used, where and when taught)
  • Three (3) letters of reference

Any additional information including teaching evaluations for courses you may have taught previously, a tentative course outline, a statement of teaching philosophy, and any restrictions (e.g. scheduling constraints) that you might have would strengthen your application and help the Area Chair in their selection process.  Please note there are strong internal candidate for these position.

The amount of remuneration is calculated according to the Collective Agreement, Schedule B. Please see the Faculty Association’s website for further information regarding conditions of employment and remuneration.
